This P6 Capital Projects Front-End Loading (FEL) course is designed for individuals who have completed the P6 Introduction class or have some light scheduling experience. Students will gain a thorough understanding of the Front-End Loading process and learn how to develop and maintain the FEL schedule. The course covers the full FEL process with hands-on training in Primavera P6, walking through each phase and gate approval — where the project is either sanctioned to move forward or discontinued.
